We pride ourselves on pioneering the 1st exclusive Ladies Only Health Club & Spa within Leicester for all age groups.

With facilities such as cardio and resistance machines, an easy line hydraulic circuit and a fully functional strength training area, where you can test yourselves to the max, and really "PUSH YOUR LIMITS!"

Our aim is to make your experience totally unique within a ladies only environment that includes all staff and management to enjoy the brand new equipment, the variety of classes and then relax in our new spa & sauna.
