We offer independent advice and support; reduced waiting times, flexibility on meeting times and a guarantee of support from a registered social worker. We support individuals and their families in identifying and engaging services, such as care at home and in the identification of residential and nursing homes specific to the individual's unique personality and needs.

Lasting Power of Attorney

We offer inclusive packages so you can be sure the cost quoted will be the total cost of your application, we also offer appointments 7 days per week and outside of the normal 9 to 5.

We offer both single and joint application packages; a single application for property and affairs or health and welfare is just £449.00 inclusive of court fees.

For those applying for joint applications (property/affairs and health/welfare) we offer a reduced total fee of just £699.00 when both applications are completed at the same time. Again this is inclusive of standard court fees.
