I rang Aspects Roofing for a quote ridge tiles. Admittedly it wasn't the biggest job but their advert in the Leicester Mercury says they include it in their services. The guy that answered the phone was abrupt and said he didn't have a clue how much it would cost and he wasn't interested. He then put the phone down on me. I think he could do with some training on customer service!
