CURB is for people who binge or comfort eat, snack excessively, struggle with portion size or otherwise eat in a problematic way. CURB is for people who would change their eating habits if they had the ideas, knowledge and strategies to do so. CURB is for people who have tried to change already on many occasions and failed. CURB is for people who want to change successfully
CURB's philosophy is simple: to coach you in key ideas and principles in a jargon-free way; to give you practical strategies that you can start using straightaway in your everyday life; to be supportive, non-judgmental and understanding.
