High Level Access
Here at Kirk Contracts we can provide High Level Access by means of powered access and abseil methods. All of our staff are qualified and accredited by the International Powered Access Federation (IPAF). Our team of professional highly skilled staff are fully trained in all aspects of health and safety, always adhering to the latest industry safety standards.
High Pressure Cleaning
We provide a high pressure water cleaning service specialising in the restoration of building façades Not only does this enhance the appearance of the building but this treatment will increase the lifespan of any cladding and reduce ongoing costs for facility managers and building owners. The High pressure cleaning can be used for the removal of Chewing Gum, Graffiti, and Pigeon mess to both commercial and domestic properties.
Building Maintenance

About Us
Established in 1969 by proprietors Milton and Brian Kirk. We started out as a domestic Window Cleaning Company. After some years of hard work and quality service the two brothers caught the eye of a local education officer who promptly offered them a contract to clean schools and education buildings throughout Nottinghamshire. Over the years they built up quite an impressive portfolio - including major companies and government buildings. A testimony to our service is the fact we still clean the same schools and have held other contracts for over 38 years. In 2008 we acquired the window cleaning contract for Nottinghamshire Police force and regard them among our Premiere customers !! Milton soon needed to take on the services of John and Louise to continue building a professional window cleaning company.
