A genuine personalised service

As someone who has always hated gyms and classes, the only way I was going to improve my fitness was to work with a PT. I think I was very lucky yo find Natalie - she is a fantastic PT, who pushes you to your limit without breaking you! Her knowledge base of anatomy and nutrition is fabulous and because of this, she can easily alter her planned session to protect any injuries (of which I have had a few over the years) and suggest exercises that will help to improve mobility without exacerbating the injury. I always finish a session feeling on a high and genuinely look forward to the next session. Not something I would have ever thought I would hear myself saying but I would readily recommend Natalie to anyone who is looking for a 1:1personal trainer.
