Initially, new students are introduced to the Hatha Yoga system. Rather than a mechanical practice, our approach insists on the development of the correct mental focus during the Yoga techniques. This helps to refine the practitioner’s perceptions, increase the influx of energies through the energy centres (chakras) and energy channels (nadis/meridians), allowing the yogi to use this system as a powerful tool for self-healing and self-development.
