Access Consultants. We provide access audits, access Statements, appraisals from plan, DDA advice and information on access for disabled people to new developments and services. We will ensure that you meet the duties imposed on you by the Disability Discrimination Acts, and provide an inclusive environment.

Specialist Services

We offer expert advice on what is required to make your premises and services accessile to all customers, without unreasonable expenditure. We carry out a full audit and give written recommendations with budget costs and priorities, so that you are able to plan access improvements in a cost - effective way. Our advice is independent, as we do not supply any equipment, but will make specific recommendations when requested.

We are registered on the National Register of Access Consultants, and accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as Inclusive Environment Consultants, and Chartered Building Surveyors. The Firm is regulated by the RICS.
