Proval Surveys specialises in providing Architects, Builders and Property Developers with high-quality detailed measured building surveys and 3d Revit BIM Modelling across the UK.
We provide a hassle-free service offering high-quality surveys for both residential and commercial projects. Our team are always on hand to provide expert advice throughout the whole process to ensure your project gets off to the very best possible start.

We cover all areas across the UK and our team use the latest technology to ensure we are at the forefront of the surveying industry We have a wealth of experience in building surveying and BIM Modelling of residential and commercial projects.
For projects that do not require a 3D laser survey, we provide a traditional measured building survey using Leica laser measures and good old-fashioned hand sketch drawings. Traditional measured building surveys are only available on smaller dwellings such as residential homes.
Every project is tailor-made to each of our client's requirements depending on the services you would like from us within your project.

We provide fixed price fees for all projects.
