I had to delay my newborn photography shoot as I was late having my baby and then was in hospital and was worried I'd lost my money but Jade reassured me and told me not to worry and we rescheduled to suit me. Jade was really approachable and nothing was too much trouble and the she had tonnes of patience working with my little one (feeds/changes/ getting her calm and sleepy). The shots she got were fantastic and the selection of clothes and props were great and she had made the room really baby friendly (very warm so baby didn't get cold when stripped down and played heartbeat/ womb sounds). She kept me up to date post production on the progress of editing. Her website and literature given pre and post shoots are very detailed and professional covering most questions any new parent has around what to expect. I would recommend her services to friends and family.
